GENERAL YOGA classes are open to all levels from beginners to more advanced. My teaching is influenced by a range of yoga styles that stem from the Hatha tradition. Each class involves flowing movement (vinyasa) and breath awareness, coupled with dynamic yoga postures and longer holds to either strengthen the body or release tension through stretching. I also weave the practice of meditation, restorative yoga and philosophy into the classes to provide a well rounded nourishing practice.

What to bring and wear:
Comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. Layers are good so that you can keep cool when practicing physical postures and stay warm in relaxation.
What to expect:
If you are new to the studio please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to complete a new student details form. Each class will begin with a brief meditation and breath awareness exercise. We will then warm up the body, followed by more dynamic postures. We will spend the last 15 minutes of class cooling down and stretching before lying down for guided relaxation and meditation.
There are currently no classes on offer.
Ingrid has a very clear way of explaining postures and suggesting ways of improving them. She also has a relaxed, friendly and caring manner which adds to the success of her classes.
